FASHION: Create for the theatre, film and fashion with hands‑on training in fashion design, textiles, costume for film and theatre, illustration, digital media, marketing, pattern drafting and garment construction - all while working in our textile lab, pattern‑cutting studios and digital suites. As Erin says, “These two years have been the best educational experience I’ve ever had,” achieving D*D*D*, equivalent to 3 A*s at A Level.

MEDIA: Gain practical experience in film, TV and online video production. You’ll learn filmmaking, documentary, motion graphics and VFX using industry‑standard equipment, completing hands‑on projects that develop your technical ability, creativity and teamwork. You’ll plan, shoot and edit your own media work throughout the year. Nikita gained the equivalent of 3 A*s at A Level choosing Kingston College for its "high-quality production facilities".

3D DESIGN: This course explores 3D Design across product, furniture, interiors and large‑scale spaces. You’ll develop ideas through research, sketching and model‑making, creating final outcomes as physical models and CAD visuals. You’ll also build problem‑solving, technical and communication skills while learning from professional designers. “Amazing support”, says Ostap who is now studying at Central St Martins having gained D*D*D.

GRAPHIC DESIGN
- Jude is now studying at UAL, ranked 2nd in the QS world rankings 2025 for art and design.
- Creative Industries students, including those from Graphic Design and 3D Design, explored culturally rich Amsterdam and Rotterdam during inspiring 5-day residential.
- Students captured winter light in our annual Christmas card competition, judged and created for use by the Senior Leadership Team.
- Graphic Design students brought railway history to life with Art @ Kingston Station Project.

- Fashion students deliver an exceptional finale at the annual end-of-year Fashion Show.

MEDIA:

- Media students begin work experience with Kingston International Film Festival, working in teams to create short promotional trailers for the festival.

3D DESIGN:
- 3D Design students gain inspiration at historic Brooklands Museum.
- Loughborough University for 3D Design student, Luca, who gained D*D*D*, equivalent to 3 A* grades at A Level.
- Incredible bird boxes and bee hotels created and sold raising a whopping £1799 for charity.
- Students brave the overnight cold to raise funds for local homelessness charity.
- Ostap is now studying at Central St Martins (UAL).
