- Undergraduate Course Fees
Undergraduate courses in the United Kingdom are subject to tuition fees. How much you pay for tuition fees depends on whether you are assessed as a home/EU or oversees student. We aim to keep tuition fees as low as possible and have put in place a number of schemes to benefit students, listed below.
- Already have a Degree?
If you already have a degree and wish to do another one, you may not be eligible for any government loans for tuition fees or other costs, or any College-funded scheme such as the HE progression bursary.
- Higher Education Inclusion Fund
The Higher Education Inclusion Fund is a limited fund to support our Higher Education students who have exceptional or unexpected and unavoidable financial difficulties despite having received all financial support available to them.
- Disabled Students' Allowance
If you have a disability, mental health condition or learning difficulty and are on a higher education course, you may be eligible for funding to help with your studies called Disabled Students' Allowance. It does not need to be repaid.
- Sponsored Students
If an employer or sponsor is paying your fees on your behalf please provide a letter from them stating that they will cover your fees and provide a contact name and address for invoicing. If you do not provide this information you will be liable for full payment of fees yourself.
- Student Finance Loan
Eligible students studying their first undergraduate degree do not have to pay fees up front.
- Undergraduate Bursaries
THREE types of bursaries are available to higher education/undergraduate students studying at a college within the South Thames Colleges Group.
