Developing Guitar Skills
Learn and improve the basics of playing guitar on this course, including basic chords, techniques and scales, and play songs of your choice. You will practise notation and tunes individually with one to one input from your tutor. Songs will be on the pop, rock, folk and blues.

Course Content
On the course you will learn:Beginners Notation; guitar tablature & chord diagrams Strumming Patterns (4/4 3/4, 6/8, shuffle) Open Chord, barre chords & Chords Extensions Linear & alternate fingerpicking patterns *Songs which include core techniques
Improvers: Notation: rhythm, fingerpicking & lead guitar tablature Strumming patterns(offbeat, muted, 2-bar, double-time etc) Half/full barre CAGED chords & altered chords Plectrum techniques: bend, slide, hammer-on, pull-off, mute etc *Songs at the intermediate level
