LE Developing French Language Skills - Beginner
A lively course which aims to enable you to take part in conversations and to achieve a basic understanding of French so that you are able to cope in everyday situations. Some virtual travelling will bring to life the French will cover. Taught with an emphasis on developing your communication skills.
If you're self-employed, you might be able to deduct your enrolment fee from your taxable income.
If you are on a low wage, unemployed or claim Job seeker's Allowance (JSA) then you can enrol on the course for free.

Course Content
Choose together topics of general interests, useful when in a French Speaking Country Acquire more vocabulary, discuss and give preferences Consolidate the ability to get by in everyday situations during a short stay or for work, obtaining goods and services, like shopping, travelling, making plans Learn to engage in short conversations with locals or friends, describing places of interest, activities Gain confidence, improve accuracy, fluency and pronunciation Revise, practice and expand your knowledge on basic grammar, including present past and future, with a little more writing to reinforce practice and memory *Any students' personal suggestion at Beginners level is welcomeWe will also virtual travel in France and other French Speaking countries, and use the internet to explore French speaking sites.
