The learning resources centre is designed to support learning and provides:
- Well-equipped facilities featuring open access computers, printers, photocopies and WI-FI, together with a range of study environments designed to support different learners needs
- High quality and accessible resources including books, e-books, e-resources, journals, magazines and DVDs
- A team of qualified and knowledgeable staff available to help you use the Centres and offer help on finding the most appropriate resources for your studies
On starting at South Thames College you will receive a welcome induction programme to introduce you to the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and other key systems, we also provide more in depth research skill sessions, including academic referencing system, finding credible academic resources and facilitating e-learning to all learners.
