Designed around the BTEC Award in Personal Growth and Wellbeing qualification (Edexcel), it's the perfect starting point for anyone seeking personal development and a healthier lifestyle.

The course will progress with learners completing a workbook at the appropriate level that will lead to further qualification understanding of the principles of healthy eating, the role of food in maintaining health, principles in weight management and food safety. It also offers units to explore nutritional needs of individuals and how to plan a healthy diet.

Note: Learners will be encouraged to enrol on the workbook which leads to a Level 1 or Level 2 NCFE Nutrition and Health courses to deepen their understanding of holistic wellness.
