Entry Requirements
In order to be able to enrol for this course, Learners must meet the following criteria:- Be aged 19 or over
- Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years
- Have achieved a Grade C (or above) in GCSE English, or a Pass in Functional Skills Level 2.

Course Content
Learners work through online theory modules, before completing a series of related questions.Topics on the course include:
- Explore communication techniques
- Study how values, attitudes and beliefs can affect interactions
- Develop interaction and interpersonal skills
- Learn how information, advice or guidance can be explored
- Learn how group interaction can be utilised
- Manage information, including storage and retrieval
- Learn how to comply with the law
An Assessor is assigned to each course, and can support learners virtually where required.
