  • Entry Requirements


    Some prior experience such as completing 'Cake Decorating: Mastering the Basics' is useful.

  • Course Content


    You may sample skills such as:-

    • Airbrushing
    • Floral work using edible paper and florist paste
    • Buttercream piped illusion cake, tall cakes and piped bento gift boxes
    • Watercolour, textures, silhouettes, balls, edible sails
    • Novelty sugar paste and modelling
    • Chocolate ganache, drips and favours *Royal icing and piping such as decorated iced sugar gift cookies

    You will supply your own materials and baked cakes for this course and will be advised before the start of the course what to bring for the first session.
