Offering clear and accurate information, advice or guidance and knowing what can be shared legally and professionally can greatly improve outcomes for a business. There are some fundamental rules for successful information sharing and ensuring staff are aware of these is key.

Please note you do need to have experience of delivering information, advice and guidance in a current or previous job role to be able to take this course.

  • Entry Requirements

     

    You need to have lived in the EU for three years and be aged 19+. You will need to be confident with written English in order to meet the required standards.

  • Course Content


    This distance learning programme will enable you to further your personal and professional development and gain new knowledge and understanding.

    This course will cover the following:

    Explore communication techniques Study how values, attitudes and beliefs can affect interactions Develop interaction and interpersonal skills Learn how information, advice or guidance can be explored Learn how group interaction can be utilised Manage information, including storage and retrieval Learn how to comply with the law

  • Course Structure


    This course is fully funded, meaning there is no cost to you.

    On completion you will gain a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification.

    You can learn at a time that suits you without the need to attend college.

    The course is totally flexible so you can start whenever you wish.

    The course will be completed online and takes approx. 8 weeks to complete.

    You are welcome to take more than one course but you can only take one course at a time.
