  • Course Content

Throughout the course, you will be introduced to the core principles of Pilates, with the chance to progress at your own pace and build on any prior experience to deepen your practice. Each class will begin with a focused skills session and move towards your individual goals. You will be guided through exercises that develop strength, mobility, and stability, with a strong emphasis on posture and alignment. Week by week, you'll be encouraged to expand your knowledge, challenged with progressions, and offered suitable modifications to ensure the exercises work for you. By the end of the course, you will have the confidence to work at a level that feels right for you, an understanding of the classical Pilates repertoire, practical strategies to improve posture and balance, and the ability to apply these techniques to everyday functional movement."
