Getting Started With Yoga
This course is suitable for beginners and for students with some yoga experience. All ages welcome. You will learn classic yoga practices in a systematic and progressive way. Modifications/alternatives will be provided when required. Students will be helped building up their own home yoga routine. This type of classical yoga will improve strength, stamina and flexibility, which will relieve conditions such as low back pain. Tensions and stress will be released, self study and concentration will improve and you will experience an all round feeling of well-being and inner calmness.

Course Content
We will work from the floor, from standing and from sitting.While the asanas (postures) and movements will help the body, the pranayama (breathing techniques) will give you powerful tools to control stress, to stay focused and feel energised.
Please wear comfortable (layers advised) clothes and bring a blanket.
