  • Introductory Course Info HE


    A fun, creative course for adults who want to master cupcakes from scratch. The tutor, Avion Blackwood, will email you a few days before the course begins with a list of ingredients to bring. Please remember to bring an apron for the class and a container to take your delicious creations home.

  • Entry Requirements


    No prior baking experience required – this course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some baking knowledge.

    Interest and enthusiasm for baking and creativity – a willingness to try new techniques and experiment with flavours and decorations.

    Basic kitchen skills – familiarity with using common kitchen tools and following simple recipes is helpful but not essential.

    Age requirement – participants must be 19+

    Health & Safety awareness – ability to follow safe food handling and hygiene practice

    Held at South Thames College Wandsworth. The tutor ( Avion B.) will contact via email a few days before the course starts with a list of ingredients to bring. Please bring an apron for the class and a container to take your produce home
