Introduction to Floristry

Are you a floristry beginner or do you have some floristry knowledge? This short course will focus on some of the basic fundamentals of floristry.

You will gain hands on knowledge, creating a new design for your home each week.

Entry Requirements

This course is for beginners and those with some knowledge. Everyone is welcome.

This short course is ideal for learners who are keen to create great arrangements and take their first steps in floristry.
Course Content

We will focus on the creating arrangements

Each week you will receive a live demonstration and create your own design using seasonally available materials.
Progression Next Steps

Learners could progress to a Level 1 or Level 2 Qualification in Floristry or further leisure floristry courses.
Additional Information

Your tutor will inform you before the session each week what materials you will need to bring.

There will also be a materials fee of £10 for sundries the tutor will supply.
Course Structure

This is a leisure course, aside from a live demonstration each week and creating your own design to take home, there will be plenty of tips and time for questions and answers
