Introduction to Floristry
Are you looking at taking the first steps in floristry or wanting to learn a new skill? This course will teach you some of the basic fundamentals of floristry. You will learn about purchasing, identifying and caring for your fresh materials plus of course creating beautiful professional floral designs. You will gain hands on knowledge, creating a new design each week covering themes such as Spring, Easter , and events such as weddings.

The Introduction to Floristry is ideal for students wanting to learn floristry and floral arranging. We will focus on the creating arrangements for different occasions. Each week you will receive a live demonstration. You will create a design using seasonally available materials in different container types.The £10 materials cost is for the sundries such as florist tape and floral foam. You will have to spend between £8 & £10 per week on fresh materials
