Introduction to Floristry
Are you looking at taking the first steps in floristry or wanting to learn a new skill? This course will teach you some of the basic fundamentals of floristry. You will learn about purchasing, identifying and caring for your fresh materials plus of course creating beautiful professional floral designs. You will gain hands on knowledge, creating a new design each week covering themes such as Spring, Easter , and events such as weddings.

This course is for beginners, for learners who are keen to take their first steps in floristry. -
Course Content
The Introduction to Floristry is ideal for students wanting to learn floristry and floral arranging. We will focus on the creating arrangements for different occasions. Each week you will receive a live demonstration. You will create a design using seasonally available materials in different container types. -
Progression Next Steps
Learners who achieve this qualification could progress to a Level 1 or Level 2 Qualification in Floristry or further leisure floristry courses. -
