Course Learning Outcomes:Essential Digital Skills – Emails and Other Digital Communications Course will support you build confidence in dealing with emails and other digital communications such as video calls, messaging apps, contact and groups. On this course you will learn how to create emails, edit and use contacts and how to send and receive information in emails. You will also learn how to safely participate in a video call and a messaging group.
