Entry Requirements
This course is designed for students with prior Tai Chi experience and is not suitable for complete beginners. Participants should have between 2 to 5 years of regular Tai Chi practice to ensure they are familiar with basic forms, movements, and principles. This background will enable you to fully engage with the intermediate-level techniques and Qigong exercises covered in the course.If you are new to Tai Chi or have less than 2 years of experience, we recommend starting with a beginner's course to build a solid foundation before enrolling in this intermediate class.
