Healthcare: Mental Health Awareness

Mental health affects every part of our lives, from how we think and feel, to how we connect with others and manage daily challenges. This Mental Health Awareness Introduction Module is designed to help adult learners explore key concepts around emotional wellbeing, selfcare, and mental health support. Whether you're working in healthcare, supporting others, or simply want to understand mental health better, this course offers a safe and supportive space to learn and grow.

At the end of the course, learners will take an online multiple-choice question assessment test. This online multiple choice question test is marked automatically so you will receive an instant grade and know whether you have passed the course. *The pass mark is 80%.
