Guided step by step, you'll explore how to work with flower paste, use essential tools and cutters, and shape and wire a seasonal focal flower along with complementary leaves and greenery. You'll also learn expert techniques for colouring with edible dusts and glazes, and how to tape and arrange your creations into a delicate floral spray ready to top a cake.
This course is ideal for beginners and improvers alike, whether you're decorating for a celebration, developing a new hobby, or expanding your cake decorating skills.

Learn all the essentials and moreHow to:
- Choosing and using flower paste
- Selecting the correct tools and equipment
- Colouring flowers with edible dusts and gels
- Making wired petals and flower centres (using stamens or cotton)
- Creating wired and veined leaves
- Assembling flowers and foliage for cake decoration
Sample flowers may include: clematis, alstroemeria (Peruvian lily), rose, orchid, filler blossoms, and hydrangea petals
