Cake Decorating - Sugar Flowers
Make and arrange some wired sugar flowers and foliage for a beautiful cake decoration. You will learn how to: make, choose and use flower pastes; choose and use basic tools and equipment for flowers; use flower cutters and templates; make and wire a seasonal focal sugar flower; make and wire foliage; use dusts and glazes, tape and arrange a small spray for a cake topper.
