We know that parent/carers have a critical role in supporting and promoting positive mental health and wellbeing to their young person whilst in education. Alongside your GP and local NHS adolescent or adult mental health services, there are a range of community based organisations that can provide information and support to you and your young person ranging from online counselling to self-help advice and guidance.
