This one-day workshop will cover what extent our life impacts on health and well being and understanding life choices. The course will cover Improving the understanding of what we eat and drink and energy balance. We also look at physical activity and the benefits. How to interpret food labels and make healthy choices when shopping. How important it is to have structured eating and sleep and how to achieve this. Top tips for promoting your own well being.
