Course Content
This FREE course will be able to gain an understanding of butchery techniques as well as kitchen skills. You will learner about cooking meats, sauces and preparing vegetables. You will also have to complete an understanding nutrition and health NCFE workbook which is a recognised qualification. The course is two days per week on a Monday and Wednesday for 5 weeks 10am-2pm. The start date is 20/5/24-24/06/24. -
