Drawing and watercolour painting (Beginners/Improvers)

Each term is different and will cover a variety of subjects. The course will cover techniques and approaches to watercolour painting with a range of subjects from still life, flower painting, pen and ink, a variety of landscape painting, drawing buildings in perspective and drawing and painting portraits throughout the year as well as using tone, composition and colour theory. You will work from both primary and secondary sources observation and photographic reference.

You will be given a proposed course outline at the beginning of each term which will be discussed and agreed upon with any special requests considered and adjustments made to suit the group.
