Art For All - Watercolour & Mixed Media

This fine art courses is suitable for those who are starting with art as well as those who have some experience and skills. Whether you are considering art as a hobby to improve your wellbeing or would like to inquire into the possibility of becoming a professional artist, this course will enable to explore both.

The course will cover a variety of techniques and approaches to painting with a range of subjects from still life to landscape and portraits. You will work from both primary and secondary sources , observation and photographic reference.

  • Course Content


    This course encourages exploration and experimentation with media and techniques - Mixed media will include watercolour with pen & ink, with chalk pastel, oil pastel, wax resist, watercolour pencils, inktense felt tip pens, and paper collage, we may also use acrylic inks and paints.

    You will be given a proposed course outline at the beginning of each term which will be discussed and agreed upon with any special requests considered and adjustments made to suit the group.
