Art For All - Drawing & Painting
This fine art courses is suitable for those who are starting with art as well as those who have some experience and skills. Whether you are considering art as a hobby to improve your wellbeing or would like to inquire into the possibility of becoming a professional artist, this course will enable to explore both.
Working with drawing materials and water-based paints (ie. Watercolour, Acrylics)* you will develop observational skills and the use of other source material, the ability to select and use different media and techniques, how to mix and use colours with some confidence, how to create balanced compositions and develop your individual creativity.
- Oil painting will be included occasionally and can be an option if desired

Course Content
Each term is different, usually with a theme relating projects together or complimenting each other, with artist reference and context, using current exhibitions and or museum collections where appropriate.You will be given a proposed course outline at the beginning of each term which will be discussed and agreed upon with any special requests considered and adjustments made to suit the group.
