“I chose to study a BTEC course as it gave me the same education opportunities as A Levels which means I have now qualified for university. This was the best academic choice for me. I chose Kingston College because it was such a welcoming environment on the Open Day and it’s local to me. The lecturers that I had were just amazing and extremely supportive (especially my tutor Kristina!). They were always there to help and had your best interests at heart. I definitely made good friends at college and will keep in touch when I have gone to university.”

Amelia achieved Triple Distinction*, the equivalent of 3 A* at A Level, and accepted a place at Canterbury Christ Church University to study BSc (Hons) Paramedic Science
