Canva AI with Spreadsheets

This beginner‑friendly course introduces learners to Canva AI Spreadsheets and shows how they can be used alongside Excel and all spreadsheets to create, understand and present data with confidence. Designed especially for adults with little spreadsheet experience, the course removes technical barriers by using Canva's AI tools to simplify formulas, charts and *data organisation. Learners will gain practical skills they can use immediately for work, study or everyday tasks. The focus is on confidence, clarity and real‑world use.

    Canva AI is transforming the way spreadsheets work. Instead of worrying about complex formulas or confusing layouts, learners can use plain‑English prompts to analyse data, create charts and generate summaries. This course covers:

    Canva Sheets and AI features Core spreadsheet skills Simple Excel integration Visual reporting for real‑life scenarios

    Learners will finish the course able to create clear spreadsheets, use AI to analyse data, and present information professionally.

  • Entry Requirements


    There are no formal entry requirements. This course is suitable for:

    Improvers in Excel Returners to learning *Adult learners building digital confidence

    Basic computer skills (using a mouse, keyboard and internet) are helpful but not essential.

    If you have not used a STCG PC at the college, you will need to arrive 10 mins early to allow use to complete the MFA process. Please ensure you bring your mobile phone.
