This 3 week course explores the bold, vibrant flavours of Latin American street food. You will learn to prepare a variety of popular dishes from across the region, discovering key ingredients, and the cultural stories behind the food. Each session focuses on practical cooking skills, giving you the confidence to recreate authentic street food favourites at home.

This course has concessions of 50% for students on Low income or benefits. Please bring an apron and a container to take your food home.
