Learning Outcome 2: Be able to provide head massage • Communicate and behave in a professional manner • Position yourself and the client correctly throughout the treatment • Select and use products, equipment and techniques, taking into account identified factors • Follow safe and hygienic working practices • Identify contra-actions and take appropriate action during treatment • Provide suitable aftercare advice • Complete the treatment to the satisfaction of the client • Evaluate the results of the treatment with the client
