Some Apprenticeship training programmes now offer employers the opportunity to develop their staff through Online Learning. At STCG we have partnered with Mindful Education to offer an online learning platform for our Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and Level 5 People Professional (HR) Apprenticeship.
We work in partnership with Mindful Education, an edtech company that specialises in creating blended learning courses and apprenticeships for professional qualifications. Through the effective use of technology, Mindful Education delivers flexible, on-demand learning that is intuitive and engaging, enabling apprentices to fit their study around their work.
Online Learning makes it faster, simpler and more efficient for apprentices to complete their training and learn new skills in the workplace.
Benefits of Online Apprenticeship Training Programmes:
- Learn from any location - apprentices don't have to leave their office to attend training. For employers, this means the 20% of time required to spend on off-the-job training can be carried out flexibly with no travel time to get to classes.
- Flexible learning hours - learning can be taken to fit around a working day and the needs of the business.
- Access to a wider range of learning resources and additional modules - apprentices can use this material to boost their skills and knowledge, enhancing the quality of the apprenticeship.
- Personalised training plans - each apprentice receives the support and resources they need to successfully complete their training.
- Quality of training - online learning means that training is delivered consistently across each Level and course, so all apprentices receive the same type of training.
Here at STCG, we are introducing our new fully remote online apprenticeships for ultimate flexibility.
Business Administration Level 3 - supports and engages with different parts of an organisation and interacts with internal or external customers. The role involves developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services.
Data Analyst Level 4 - works in various departments within a single employer, (for example finance, sales, HR, manufacturing, or marketing), and in any employment sector, public or private, including retail, distribution, defence, banking, logistics, media, local government etc.
Digital Product Manager Apprenticeship - Level 4 - works in an organisation that creates or uses digital products such as systems, services, apps, websites, software in a digital environment will benefit from this occupation.
