Felicia is the Chief Executive Officer of Business Launchpad and Tooting Works, two social-purpose organisations based in South London. With over 15 years of experience in youth development, enterprise support, and community leadership, she has dedicated her career to building inclusive pathways to employment and entrepreneurship for underrepresented young people.
Felicia brings a strong background in strategic leadership, operations, governance, and cross-sector collaboration, working with partners across local government, funders, education, and civil society. She currently leads a team supporting hundreds of young people each year, with a focus on those from marginalised or global majority backgrounds.
In addition to her executive role, Felicia serves as a board member on the Springfield Park Social Value Advisory Board and as a governor at Redriff City of London Academy. She is passionate about education as a tool for social change and is committed to ensuring learners from all backgrounds are equipped to thrive.
