Delphine joined the board of governors of South Thames Colleges Group in January 2024. She is a finance professional, having spent 20 years in mergers and acquisitions and direct investment worldwide across a range of industries after graduating from business school.
Delphine joined the education sector in 2018 through the Lycee Francais Charles de Gaulle and subsequently as a trustee of Temple Grove Academy Trust in Kent. She has been Chief Finance Officer of academy trusts since 2021, currently with the Queensmill Trust, a London-based 3-19 and college provision for autistic children and young adults in Central London.
