Co-opted Member Estates Sub-Committee
Tim is a Chartered Surveyor and works as a Senior Director in the European Portfolio Management team Hines, responsible for overseeing their UK Portfolio. He has been involved in all stages of the property lifecycle, including acquisitions, business plan strategy and execution, asset management and disposals using multiple jurisdictions.
Outside of work, Tim is also a Commissioned Army Reserve Officer, and hold a number of Trustee and Committee positions.
