He has worked with clients across the UK, US and India in the utilities, banking, insurance and telecoms sectors and for the last decade Martin has worked as an improvement director in the NHS in southwest London.
Throughout his career, Martin has been passionate about developing individuals’ skills and behaviours to work effectively in complex team environments.
His outside interests include discovering new music and exploring the British countryside.
