L2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service
Getting customer service right in a business, and being able to retain your customers, is essential for any company to flourish. In this two day course, you will develop essential knowledge in a range of customer service tasks. This knowledge can be applied and is relevant to a variety of industries and job roles. While completing this qualification, you will also develop skills that are sought after by employers.
You may qualify to get this course for free if you are working and below a certain wage level or you are unemployed and on benefits.
You will complete 7 units of which the following three are mandatory:
- Unit 01 Principles of customer service and delivery
- Unit 02 Understand customers
- Unit 03 Understand employer organisations
You will need to complete the learning resources provided (workbooks) which will be marked and assessed. Once completed you will be awarded a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification.
