French Beginners Evening

This lively course is perfect for complete beginners or those with very limited knowledge of French. It focuses on building practical communication skills, with an emphasis on speaking.

*Participate in simple conversations and gain confidence

*Improve fluency and develop a basic understanding of French grammar.

*Learn to navigate everyday situations in French-speaking countries.

In addition, we'll explore places of interest and enjoy virtual travel experiences in France and other French-speaking countries.

    Topics will be flexible to reflect students' interests, and personal suggestions at the Beginners level are always welcome. Typical beginners' topics include:

    *Everyday life: Navigate shopping, transport, and travel plans.

    *Describing the world around you: Talk about places of interest, activities, and the weather.

    *Conversational skills: Engage in short conversations with locals or friends.

    *Social and professional interactions: Invite people out, make appointments for leisure or work.

    *Handling emergencies: Communicate effectively when visiting a doctor or chemist.

    *Building confidence and accuracy: Gain fluency while practicing correct grammar.

    *Grammar practice: Consolidate and expand your understanding of basic French grammar.
