French - Beginner
This course covers practical topics that are useful when visiting or staying in a French-speaking country. You will expand your vocabulary, learn how to express opinions and preferences, and strengthen your ability to manage everyday situations during a short stay for leisure or professional purposes. You will practise taking part in short conversations with locals or friends while building confidence and improving your accuracy, fluency, and pronunciation. The course also reviews and develops essential grammar points, with some short writing tasks. We will also take virtual trips to France and other French-speaking countries, exploring French-language websites and cultural content online. Entry Requirements
This course and the materials used in the lessons (handouts, videos, etc) are designed for beginners and students with basic knowledge of French. -
