LE Yoga - All Levels
This Yoga class is suitable for intermediate learners who want to develop strength, flexibility and balance through dynamic and static exercises. It will also include breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.

Entry Requirements
No formal requirements. If you are pregnant or have specific health conditions, such as high blood pressure, heart conditions or you've recently had an operation or an injury please seek medical advice before joining the course and inform the tutor of before the class. this is not a course for beginners, you should have basic knowledge of postures to join. -
Course Content
The class normally starts with some breathing exercises and a gentle warm-up. Then we move onto different exercises focusing on strength, flexibility, balance and breath while working within our individual limits. We explore variety of simple but effective exercises. The class finishes with a short, passive relaxation. The class promotes overall wellbeing, prevents aches and stiffness, and helps to relax and release tension. Modifications are offered to accommodate students of different levels of fitness. -

Continuation of this or another yoga or yogalates class. -
Additional Information
This is not a course for beginners. You will follow verbal instructions and you can watch the tutor demonstrate different exercises. The tutor will offer support, modifications and corrections as needed throughout the course. Learners can ask questions or raise any issues with the tutor during or after the class. please bring a mattress for your lesson -
