This type of classical yoga will improve strength, stamina and flexibility, which will relieve conditions such as low back pain. Tensions and stress will be released, self study and concentration will improve and you will experience an all round feeling of wellbeing and inner calmness.

  • Entry Requirements

  • Course Content

We will work from the floor, from standing and from sitting. While the asanas (postures) and movements will help the body, the pranayamas (breathing techniques) will give you powerful tools to control stress, to stay focused and feel energised. Yoga Nidra, a well known and much loved guided deep relaxation will make you feel refreshed and uplifted. Please wear comfortable (layers advised) clothes, bring a blanket and make sure you had your breakfast no later than 8am.
