Introduction To Stained And Fused Glass
Over the 3 weeks of the course you will be taught the skills to complete small projects using Contemporary and Traditional techniques.
Working with glass in a group situation can be relaxing and sociable but also stimulates ideas and, for many, becomes a lifelong learning opportunity and an interest with commercial potential.
Please note that there is an extra £35 material fees to be paid at enrolment for this course.
If you're self-employed, you might be able to deduct your enrolment fee from your taxable income.

Course Content
You will be taught the Skills to make small projects in Fused Glass and Copper Foil. Over the 3 weeks of this course you will be guided through all stages to make a Land, Sea or City scape and Coaster using fused glass techniques and a Light catcher or Lantern in Copper Foil. You will make a working drawing from your initial designs, learn to cut glass accurately, fusing glass basics, how to apply copper foil and solder and finishing techniques.' -
