Come along to see and buy mini artworks by our wonderful students at Not My Beautiful House, Kingston Market House!
Our Foundation Diploma and Access to HE Art & Design students from the Creative Industries Centre have made a range of hand-crafted pieces especially for this showcase. From needle felted tree decorations, and linocut gift tags to crocheted baby clothes and tie-dyed tote bags, it’s a fantastic collection! Tutors have also joined in making linocut prints, silver jewellery pieces and hand stitched books.
From creating to packaging, pricing and delivering artworks last week, it’s been an exciting new experience for our students. Not My Beautiful house welcomed some of our contributing students with a talk about events, lots of cookies and listened as everyone presented their work for sale. Our students are already planning to build their showcase with screen-printed pieces in the spring!
