The Collective’s development in Earlsfield comprises 292 co-living rooms alongside an array of publicly accessible spaces at ground floor including a new public café. As part of the development The Collective will be delivering an extension to the Wandle Trail providing a new cycle and pedestrian riverside link for the people at Wandsworth. In Battersea The Collective aspire to activate and animate the local street scene with vibrant public and community ground floor spaces alongside 182 co-living rooms and an 81 bedroom hotel.
