To celebrate Learning Disability Week, which runs from 14-20 June, Merton's Aurora Provision will be hosting a variety of activities at the College.
These include:
- Monday 21 June - Coffee and Cake in Taste Restaurant from 1pm-2.30pm
- Tuesday 22 June - Aurora students sponsored walk and wearing green for the day
- Wednesday 23 June - Market stall selling homemade goods all day, including an ice-cream stall
South Thames Colleges Group's Aurora Provision is our specialist, non-residential FE centre for young adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities who may have Autism, behaviours of concern or complex support needs.
All money raised from these activities will go to Mencap. The theme of Learning Disability Week 2021 is to get arty, for more information visit Mencap's website.
