Jenny Wiltshire, Programme Leader, discusses the importance of education and training of the next gen of barbers with a primary focus of ensuring the design of an ambitious vocational curriculum: “The curriculum ensures students of all abilities are being stretched to achieve deep and appropriate skills, knowledge and grades, and are studying appropriate and relevant qualifications that will give them the best possible opportunities to progress into jobs or further study within their subject area.”
