This year Merton College celebrates 50 years of teaching Musical Instrument Technology to learners! To mark this achievement, the British Violin Making Association has published an article providing an insight into the history of the course.
Tutor Keith Graves was interviewed for the article and goes into how the courses started and how they have evolved over the years. It also highlights how tutors adapted their teaching during the pandemic.

To celebrate the 50th Anniversary, we will be holding an event to showcase the achievements of graduates of the course. It will take place on Thursday 23 June from 3pm at the College campus.
