Of her journey, Ayesha says: “Since Year 11, I have studied only at South Thames Colleges Group (Merton, South Thames and now Kingston). “I chose to study Business because I wanted to gain knowledge in different areas. Business is the only course that provides students with a broad knowledge on a wider range of business areas. For example, Digital Marketing, Retail Management, Management Leadership & Change, Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Environment, Business Communication, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Managing Events, Organisational Behaviour and many more.
“Choosing Business helped me to achieve my career aspirations of gaining knowledge in different areas and provided me with so many transferable skills relevant in all job sectors, as well as those specific to Business Management Careers.
“I achieved a First Class overall for my BA (Hons) Business at Kingston College. For my HND at South Thames College, I achieved Distinction overall, and for my BTEC Level 3 Business at Merton College I achieved the highest grade possible D*D*D*. To achieve these grades I organised my time and attended all lectures to understand all the topics. I believe in myself and the hard work I do.
