We were thrilled to receive some feedback from an employer that we have been working with to recruit apprentices.

"I am writing to tell you about our experience as a business coming to visit Carshalton College.
After approaching the college due to a need of apprentices we have had nothing less than excellent service from start to finish, we were given an opportunity to see the facilities firstly and also speak with students to see if there was an interest there.
Since then a lovely morning was organised where we was able to meet students in an interview based environment.
- All students were fully prepared and briefed which was great
- All students met/nearly met the initial requirements we would need
- Students were all enthusiastic and a pleasure to meet.
Again I want to say a massive thank you to Charlotte (Business Partnership Manager) as well for helping put that together.
After meeting with your students Jarrel and Rianna, we decided straight away that we wanted them to become part of our team and have since offered them both apprenticeships with us!!
We also have final stage interviews with Louie and Ronie and have our fingers crossed for them.
I initially came to Carshalton College with a need for 5 Apprentices and by the end of next week that need should hopefully be filled.
We are really looking forward to working with Carshalton in the future."
