Our Access to HE Art & Design students been working really well remotely on their coursework and also creating fantastic digital portfolios for their University applications. One learner, Gergana, has been working from Bulgaria as her return to London was delayed. She recently worked on a live Graphic Design project and created fabulous design work for our College-wide Poetry Competition. Here is a lovely passage Gergana wrote in her recent UCAS application about her experiences so far on our course:
"Studying in a completely different education system to what I knew was a challenge at first, but it sure taught me punctuality, critical thinking, concentration and willpower. After a long confusing crossroad between academic and creative, I believe that switching from A Levels to Access to Higher Education in Art & Design at Kingston College was the best decision I ever took. Throughout this academic year have I learnt so much about originality and innovation and mastered many creative skills."
