Cook Well for Less
For beginners who want to learn not just how to cook but how to cook economically and nutritionally.
In a sociable environment we will create meals together which are healthy and affordable.
You will master basic skills in the kitchen and learn about budgeting, food safety and hygiene, nutrition and sustainable living.
All recipes and ingredients will be provided.
We will also talk about active living and recycling and re-using in the kitchen.

Course Content
Learn and practice cooking skills in the informal and interactive setting of our Merton Campus kitchen.Learn how to make and stick to budgets in the kitchen.
Master principles of kitchen safety and hygiene.
Understand and apply sustainability and zero waste principles in the kitchen.
Make new friends with the same passion for cooking.

Course Structure
4 weekly half-day sessions.Hands-on cooking class in small groups.
