19+ Adults ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages)
ESOL can help you if English is your second language and you are living or planning to settle in the UK. The course is offered at five different levels from Pre-entry (for beginners) to Level 2 (for upper-intermediate learners). You'll need to do a short test when you apply so we can put you on the level that's right for you.

Entry Requirements
We will invite you to a Meet the Tutor event where you will receive information, advice, and guidance about the course you have applied for. This will be an opportunity for you to gain valuable information about the course and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.If you can, please provide a reference from an employer or relevant professional. This is to ensure we can support you to be able to achieve well on the course.
No formal qualifications are required. You will be assessed on entry to ensure you are placed on the correct level course for you. However, if you have studied ESOL before, please bring along any previous ESOL certificates you may have.
