Level 3 - Certificate in Paralegal Practice - Multiple Start Dates

This course is a nationally recognised qualification and is perfect for those looking to become a paralegal and those with some paralegal experience who are looking to progress their career in the legal sector and within a variety of other sectors.

In this paralegal course, you'll develop a key understanding of legal systems in England and Wales and build your knowledge of specialist legal subject areas including conveyancing, employment law, criminal litigation and wills. 

  • Entry Requirements


    A good standard of English is required. There is a test for all applicants to test their English skills before a place on the course is offered.

  • Course Content


    You will undertake two mandatory units: Introduction to Law for Paralegals Legal Ethics and Responsibilities for Paralegals As well as a further optional units to be discussed with the lecturer.

  • Progression Next Steps


    Successful completion of the course could lead you to either progress to the level 4 Paralegal qualification or the level 4 Conveyancing qualification.

  • Course Structure


    The course is delivered by weekly sessions which are held at Kingston College on a Tuesday evening. The course starts in September and will run until the end of June. There maybe further opportunities to join throughout the year at the start of a new module.

    The course is assessed with written assignments that are externally marked and assessed.
